Terms

Terms of engagement

These terms govern sittings and written work commissioned from Cortex Quarryway Financial Planning, the practice registered under that name and established in 2015, at Tambon Paluru, Amphoe Su-ngai Padi, Narathiwat 96140. By sending a sitting request, paying a deposit, or attending an opening count, the client agrees to these terms.

The engagement

Each engagement is the one named in the fee note: an annual operating budget, a seasonal cash calendar, petty-cash house rules, a monthly expense sitting, or another scope the fee note describes in plain language. The fee note states the entity, the premises, the fee in Thai baht, the deposit, and the expected week of the first sitting. Work begins when the deposit is received and the date is confirmed, or, for a single monthly sitting, when the client attends.

The practice prepares operating budgets, cash calendars, spending rules, and monthly comparisons. The client remains responsible for bookkeeping entries, payroll calculation, tax filings, statutory audit, and any discussion with a lender. Figures in a budget book are the client’s adopted ceilings, not a guarantee of profit, credit, or a particular cash balance.

The client’s papers

The client provides takings, invoices, wage notes, and other records reasonably needed for the engagement, and tells the planner when a period is missing or withheld. Estimates are marked as estimates. The client confirms that the person who signs the fee note is entitled to share those papers and to adopt ceilings for the business.

Intellectual property

The client keeps ownership of the business’s own figures, names, and records. The wording, structure, and blank forms of the budget book, cash calendar, and house-rule sheet remain the intellectual property of Cortex Quarryway Financial Planning. The client may use the finished book inside the business named in the fee note, may show it to the client’s bookkeeper, tax filer, or family partners, and may not resell the blank structure as a product or pass it off as another firm’s method.

Notes on this website may be read freely. Copying a full note onto another site, or presenting the practice’s house-rule wording as a third party’s template, requires written permission from the office.

Conduct of sittings

Sittings are held at the Paluru office or at the premises named in the fee note, on Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00 and 16:30, with a pause on Friday between 12:00 and 13:30. The client, or a person authorised to adopt spending limits, attends. A sitting may be stopped if papers were misrepresented or if anyone present is abusive. The fee for work already completed remains due as described in the refund note.

Fees

Fees on the website are informational. The fee note controls. Travel outside Amphoe Su-ngai Padi is added only when the fee note states the amount. Invoices are issued by the practice. Late payment of a balance may pause the next sitting until the balance is received.

Confidentiality

The practice keeps the client’s figures, suppliers, wages, and family arrangements confidential, and shares them only with a person the client names, or when Thai law requires disclosure. Cabinet copies are used for the client’s own later sittings. Public stories on the website are published only with the owner’s agreement, and may use the name the owner asks to be known by.

Liability

The practice performs the engagement with the care of a budgeting adviser sitting with owner-managed firms in this province. It is not liable for trading losses, tax assessments, staff disputes, or decisions the client makes after adopting a ceiling. Liability for a proven failure to perform the engagement itself is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Thai law does not allow a limit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for harm that cannot legally be limited.

Website

The pages at cortex-quarryway.click describe the practice and accept sitting requests. A sitting is confirmed when the office replies with a date. A form message asks for that reply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be settled by a conversation at the office are subject to the Thai courts. The practice will first try to resolve a fee or scope disagreement in writing within fifteen working days of the client’s letter.

Changes

The practice may update these terms for future engagements. An engagement already confirmed by a fee note continues under the terms in force on the date of that note. Questions can be sent to info@cortex-quarryway.click or to 073654819.
