Fees
What a sitting costs, and what changes the figure.
Fees are professional charges for time in the room and the paper that leaves with you. They are stated in Thai baht before any tax the law requires on an invoice. A fee note is sent in writing before work begins, and payment is arranged with the office after that note.
| Engagement | Basis | Figure | What moves the figure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual operating budget | One trading year, one entity, one premises, including the first three monthly reviews | From 48,000 THB | A second premises or a second set of books adds 12,000 THB |
| Seasonal cash calendar | One premises and one trading pattern, about four weeks | From 22,000 THB | A second season, such as cup lump plus a festival stall, is quoted before the first sitting |
| Petty-cash house rules | One premises, up to twelve people who handle cash | 15,000 THB | Each further premises is a separate sheet at the same fee |
| Monthly expense sitting | Two hours against an existing budget book | 6,500 THB, or 18,000 THB for three sittings in a quarter | Reviews already included in an annual budget are not billed again |
Travel
Sittings inside Amphoe Su-ngai Padi include the journey. Elsewhere in Narathiwat, the fee note adds the cost of the journey before you agree. Outside the province, the books come to Paluru, or the engagement waits.
Deposit
The annual budget, the cash calendar, and the house rules are reserved with a deposit of thirty percent. The balance is due when the draft is presented. A single monthly sitting is paid at the sitting. A quarter of three sittings is paid at the first of the three.
Work that stays with other specialists
Bookkeeping entries, payroll sums, tax filing, audit opinions, and conversations with a lender are outside every fee on this page. If those needs appear during a sitting, the planner will say so and stop at the edge of the engagement.
When a quote is required
Ask for a fee note if you have more than one premises, more than one season, or books that mix a shop with a household in the same notebook. The note names the entity, the address of the premises, the fee, the deposit, and the week of the opening count.
