Request this sitting
Who it is for
Shops, clinics, bakeries, and yards where more than one person opens the drawer.
What you leave with
A signed rule sheet: spending limits, the receipt that must be kept, the envelope or drawer each float lives in, and the day the owner reviews it.
How it is delivered
One premises visit and a written rule sheet in English, with Thai headings on request.
Usually two weeks, including one visit and a revision after the first wage week.
Fee basis
15,000 THB
15,000 THB for one premises and up to twelve people who handle cash. A second branch is a separate sheet at the same fee.
Figures are informational. A fee note is confirmed in writing before the opening sitting. See also the full rates page and the cancellation note.
How the time unfolds
-
Watch the drawer
Arif spends the visit watching a normal stretch of trade, not a tidied demonstration, and lists who touches cash.
-
Write the limits
Each role gets a ceiling that matches what that person already buys — ice, diesel, sugar, clinic sundries — and a point at which the owner must be asked.
-
Brief the room
The people who use the drawer hear the rules in the room where they work, and the owner signs the sheet.
-
Revise after a wage week
Lines that were ignored because they did not match the work are rewritten once.
Inside the fee
- A visit to see how cash actually moves
- A rule sheet with limits, receipts, and the review day
- A short briefing with the people who will use the rules
- One revision after the first full week of use
Outside this engagement
- Installing a cash register or replacing staff
- Investigations into past losses
- Daily reconciliation after the briefing week
What to prepare
- The names of everyone who can open the drawer
- Any limit you already tell them, even if it is only spoken
- A week of receipts if you have them
Limits
- The visit needs the owner present
- Rules are for current staff and a single premises
- Past discrepancies can be noted, but they are not reconstructed as an investigation
