Who it is for

Owners who already have a budget book — from this practice or written carefully elsewhere — and want a person in the room each month.

What you leave with

A one-page note of what held, what broke the ceiling, and the single change the owner will make before the next sitting.

How it is delivered

A two-hour sitting, in Paluru or at the premises inside Su-ngai Padi.

Two hours a month. A quarter is three sittings.

Fee basis

6,500 THB per sitting

6,500 THB for one sitting. Three sittings booked as a quarter are 18,000 THB. The first three reviews inside an annual operating budget are already included there and are not billed again.

Figures are informational. A fee note is confirmed in writing before the opening sitting. See also the full rates page and the cancellation note.

How the time unfolds

  1. Lay out the month

The owner brings the till summary, the wage note, and the invoices that felt large.

  2. Match the ceiling

Each large line is set beside the budget book. Small lines are grouped so the sitting stays inside two hours.

  3. Name one change

The note records a single adjustment — a purchase delayed, a float reduced, a supplier week moved — rather than a fresh speech about discipline.

Inside the fee

  • A comparison of the month’s main expense lines with the ceiling
  • A written note of breaks and the reason, when the owner can name it
  • One agreed change to watch before the next sitting

Outside this engagement

  • Entering a full month of bookkeeping
  • Rewriting the entire annual budget
  • Chasing suppliers or staff about missing receipts

What to prepare

  • The budget book
  • The month’s takings summary and wage list
  • Invoices that surprised you

Limits

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping stays with the client's own bookkeeper
  • A missed sitting is handled under the refund and cancellation note
  • If there is no budget book yet, the annual operating budget comes first
